Who is this program for? The Leadership Impact Accelerator is designed for leaders at all levels. From emerging leaders through to senior and C-suite who want stronger alignment, clearer expectations, and more consistent follow-through from their teams. It’s suited to leaders who want to lift standards, reduce friction, and lead with greater clarity, and who understand that improving team performance starts with how leadership shows up.
How is this different from other Leadership programs? This isn’t a generic leadership course or a theory-led program. The Leadership Impact Accelerator is grounded in over 25 years of executive coaching, DiSC® behavioural insights, and hands-on work aligning leadership teams across Australia. The workbook is the hero of the program. Leaders complete structured reflection and application exercises before each session, building clarity around their values, behaviours, leadership identity, and impact. Live sessions are then used to align, integrate, and apply this work - ensuring insights translate into real leadership decisions, conversations, and behaviour in the workplace.
How much time will I need each week? The live program runs over six weeks. •Weeks 1–5: one 75-minute live session per week •Week 6: a dedicated 1:1 session focused on integration and application to your real leadership context Leaders are expected to complete the workbook activities before each session and arrive prepared with reflections and questions. This ensures live time is used for alignment, discussion, and practical application - not content delivery. Each week includes short pre-work and reflection activities designed to deepen learning and support real world leadership impact between sessions. For leaders who prefer flexibility, the self-paced option allows you to move through the same core framework at your own pace.
Is it suitable for my team? Yes. Many leaders enrol their direct reports, who then extend the learning into their own leadership teams. This creates a cascading effect that strengthens alignment, communication, and accountability across multiple leadership levels - a hallmark of high-performing organisations.
What if I prefer private coaching? Gabby offers a limited number of 1:1 executive coaching engagements each quarter, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Private coaching is suited to leaders who want personalised accountability, deeper exploration of complex leadership challenges, and tailored guidance on decision-making, leadership presence, and team alignment.
