This is practical, applied leadership work. You will be challenged to think more clearly about how you lead, how you make decisions, and how others experience you.
Each week you work through the structured workbook, apply it to real situations in your role, and bring that thinking into the live sessions. The sessions are used to refine, challenge, and strengthen how you are applying the work.
This is not passive learning. It is work you will actively use in your role from week one.

Gabriella Horak is an executive coach and Co-Founder of Leaders Impact. She has spent 20 years working with senior leaders across some of Australia's most complex organisations, including at C-suite and GM level.

FAQ
How long does the program take to complete? Most leaders complete the program over four to five weeks, working through one module per week. If your schedule allows, you can move faster. There is no deadline on access.
Is this program suitable for senior leaders or more for emerging leaders? The Leadership Impact Accelerator was built for leaders who are already operating at a senior level and want greater clarity and consistency. It works well for C-suite, GM, and senior manager level leaders, as well as high-potential leaders preparing for their next step.
How is this different from a generic leadership course? This program focuses on your internal leadership architecture: your values, your behaviours under pressure, and your leadership identity. It does not teach leadership theory. It helps you get clear on who you are as a leader so that everything else becomes more consistent.
What if I have already done leadership development work? Most leaders who join have done other leadership programs. This work goes deeper. It is not about adding more frameworks. It is about defining a clear, personal leadership foundation you can actually use.
Do I need a lot of time each week? The program is designed for leaders in full-time roles. Most modules take between 60 and 90 minutes to work through properly, including the reflection exercises.
