Program Structure

The Leadership Impact Accelerator runs over five structured learning weeks, followed by an individual integration session.

 

The design combines guided reflection, practical application and group discussion.

 

Most of the meaningful work happens between sessions through structured exercises and reflection.

Understanding why leadership feels heavy when alignment is missing.

Participants begin identifying where their leadership currently feels misaligned and what needs recalibration.

Participants explore how their behavioural tendencies influence how others experience their leadership. DiSC is used as a lens for discussion and awareness, not as the centre of the program.

Participants identify and refine the three values that genuinely drive their leadership decisions and behaviour. These become the anchor for the rest of the program.

Participants translate their values into observable leadership behaviours.

They define the emotional experience they want to create for the people they lead.

Participants integrate their values and behaviours into a clear leadership identity and legacy statement they can use in their leadership and professional presence.

Each participant completes a 1:1 session to refine:

  • Their leadership values

  • Behavioural framework

  • Leadership identity

  • How this will be applied in their role and professional brand

Participants leave the program with:

  • Three clearly defined differentiating leadership values

  • A behavioural framework aligned to those values

  • Clarity on the emotional impact they want to create as a leader

  • A leadership legacy statement

Program Format

  • Five weekly live online sessions

  • Structured workbook and reflection exercises

  • DiSC behavioural assessment

  • Peer buddy conversations

  • One individual integration session

 

This is a high-engagement program rather than passive learning.

 

Participants are expected to complete reflection and preparation work between sessions.

Program Size

The program is intentionally small.

 

Participation is limited to eight leaders per intake to ensure meaningful discussion and individual attention.

 

Participants are selected to ensure the right fit and commitment to the work.
