Who is this program for? The Leadership Impact Accelerator is designed for experienced leaders from emerging executives to seasoned C-suite. It’s ideal for those ready to lead by design, not by default, and who want to align who they are with how they lead.

How is this different from other Leadership programs? This isn’t a generic leadership course. It’s grounded in 25 years of executive coaching, DiSC® behavioural insights, and lived experience working with senior teams across Australia. You’ll build a Leadership Legacy Statement, identify your core values, and translate them into daily leadership behaviours that drive measurable results.

How much time will I need each week? For the live online program, you’ll join one 90-minute session each week for six weeks, plus complete short pre-work and reflection activities that deepen the learning between sessions. If you prefer flexibility, the self-paced option allows you to move through the same framework at your own speed, with optional group or coaching add-ons for extra accountability.

Is it suitable for my team? Absolutely. Many C-suite leaders enrol their direct reports, who then extend the learning to their own leadership teams. This cascading effect strengthens alignment, communication, and accountability across multiple leadership levels. Exactly what high-performing organisations need.
